What you share with me is confidential,
the fact that you are my client I consider as confidential.
However, there are some exceptions to confidentiality, which are;
* Danger to yourself or a third party, or where there is concern that
a child may be or has been at significant risk.
This is in accordance with The Children's Act 1989.
* If you disclose information regarding terrorism, in accordance with
The Prevention of Terrorism Act (2000).
I would hope that we could discuss this should
we have cause to do so, before confidentiality was broken.
